In fiscal year 2025, KTFL (Kalyani Technoforge) undertook a comprehensive materiality assessment to evaluate and prioritize its environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors. Adopting the concept of double materiality ensures that the company addresses not only the impacts of its operations on the environment and society but also how environmental and social factors influence its financial performance.

The results of the materiality assessment revealed a set of prioritized material topics that are of significant importance to KTFL and stakeholders.
